247coaching.com's ROI Promise / Services / Advertisements / Refunds Full refunds on memberships, advertisements and services paid for online will be given within seven days of purchase if requested in writing by email to team@247coaching.com . Memberships and services including advertising which are discounted and paid for over the telephone with a member of the 24-7 team can not be refunded. If a 'ROI promise' or 'special refund offer' is included with a membership package the member's profile relating to this service/membership must be completed with marketing text and an image for the duration of the membership/service period to ensure our marketing team has a fair chance to successfully market the member to potential clients. Any membership which stays dormant [a membership which has not been logged in to or does not have a completed listing] for 12 months will be deleted from our system. Any claims under our 'ROI promise' must be sent to us in writing by email within 14 days of the renewal date of the membership/service to which the ROI claim is related. Advertisements which are reserved and paid for in advance can be cancelled anytime outside of the 45 day period leading to the start date of the advertisement - no refunds will be given on reserved advertisements during the 45 period leading to the start of the ad period.
