Sheri Rowland is a powerful, motivated and passionate Life Coach. She brings 20 years of counseling, training experience and her coaching skills to each individual she supports. As a Life Coach and workshop facilitator, Sheri represents extensive experience in supporting individuals to take action and live the life they truly desire. Sheri began this work 12 years ago and in 1998 decided to transition her practice of coaching into full time basis.

All of my professional life I have been actively and passionately involved in training, both as a participant and a facilitator. Committed to insuring the personal and professional success of my clients, my lifestyle and philosophy is based on a firm belief in education, combined with core values, which demand personal excellence and a commitment to achievement.
Like many of you, I have a full life, including being a wife of 28 years and mother. Being a parent of three son, two granddaughters ensures that I experience life at a full intensity.
My "wordly" credentials include a Masters Degree in Counseling. Attended Coach University; a two-year intensive training program for coaches. I also have attended two years of Coaching From Spirit tele-classes and am working towards my certification in Spirit Coaching. I am a Certified Teleclass Instructor. Living a life connected to spirit and guiding others to do the same is my greatest credential and joy. Further, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and specialize in LaStone Therapy Massage and Reiki and a Certified Body Talk Practitioner. These extensive trainings help me to include body, mind and spirit and enable me to offer clients the best and most DIVINE tools of the coaching profession.
