Confidence building is your gift. You have a way of delivering such sentiments without it being false or sappy. It is just dead on, perfect timing and always surprising. I have been a professional coach for 10 years. I am certified by the International Association of Coaching and Coachville School of Coaching. Certifying Examiner from 2004-07 for the International Association of Coaching and Coachville. Chair of Certifiers for the IAC from 2004-7 Received the Thomas Leonard “T” Award for contributing to the evolution of coaching at the Coachville Annual Conference in 2004. From 2005-7, I chaired an International team assigned to create a universal set of measurable masteries for coaching profession (the 9 Coaching Masteries now used by the IAC for certification).
