Eileen is an Accredited Business Communicator (IABC credential) and brings more than 18 years of varied business experience as a professional communicator.
Experience:

Eileen established Big Cheese Coaching in 2003 and has extensive experience working with leaders of varying levels from many sectors. She has also successfully operated her own communications consulting firm, Chadnick Communications, since 1998. Prior to establishing her own company, Eileen held progressively senior-level communications roles with two of Canada’s leading PR agencies (Hill and Knowlton and Environics Communications), a Canadian bank and a financial services payments association (Mondex Canada).

Over the years, Eileen has served a wide roster of clients in financial services, business and consumer products, education and other sectors.

By the Way: Eileen earned a Bachelor of Education from McGill University majoring in fitness as well as a certificate in marketing. Earlier in her career she taught fitness and wellness (for eight years). She continues this interest with her own active lifestyle and passion for the work-life-wellness balance equation.

Perspective: A lifelong learner Eileen always gives her personal best where ever she is on the journey. Having completed three full-distance marathons, Eileen knows what it takes to go the distance with your dreams and goals: partner with a coach, develop meaningful strategies, evaluate and celebrate progress regularly, rally up support where you can and most importantly, have some fun along the way! Eileen incorporates that kind of disciplined approach, enthusiasm and respect for her client’s goals into her work - and always goes the extra mile!

“I thought it was excellent for under an hour — filled iwth lots of good information. the Q&A also covered a lot of good ground and Eileen had further great ideas.” (Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants - Webinar on Assertiveness - Spring 08)

“Yesterday we met with Eileen in the morning. No one knew quite what to expect. We were met with an enthusiastic, engaging presenter who through her exercises not only allowed us to bond as a social group, but to see and appreciate our strengths, some of which were hidden! As a result, many of us see each other in new lights, and the level of camaraderie was uplifting. It was a fun and at times touching seminar which has positively altered many perspectives.” (Ministry of Environment - Ontario, June 08)

“Excellent! Eileen is a very personable facilitator — great use of humour and stories, not over the top. Great content, control fo group, balancing….” ...
